Start your project

Tell us aboutyour watch project.

You do not need every answer yet.

Share what you already know about the project. If some decisions are still open, that is fine.

Only two things are asked for: a name and an email address. Everything technical can be left open, and an early concept is as welcome as a finished specification.

A first review is intended to understand:

  • What is already decided
  • What remains open
  • What the project may need next

What helps a first review

  • Reference images
  • Sketches
  • CAD or technical drawings
  • Target dimensions
  • Target quantity

What we need from you

Project stage

Where is the project today?

This decides how the project is approached, so it is worth an honest answer. Nothing is ruled in or out by it.

Where is the project today?Optional

Choose the closest. It can be changed at any point.

Project basics

What are you building, and roughly when?

A sentence or two is enough. The quantity and the timing can both be left open. You do not need to send confidential drawings at this stage — start with the project information you are comfortable sharing, and technical files can be discussed after an initial review.

A working name is fine. Leave blank if the project has not been named.

What you want to build, what is already decided, and what you still need help with.

Standard production MOQ is 300 pieces. A 200-piece production run may be considered with an additional low-volume production charge, subject to project review. Prototype quantities are handled separately. This records the project's stage and intention, not acceptance of a production order.

Approximate is fine. Nothing is promised on the strength of it.

What you already have

What do you already have?

Select everything that applies, including nothing.

What do you already have?Optional

Watch direction

What is already decided about the watch?

Answer what is settled and leave the rest.

A direction, if you have one.

A specific movement or calibre, if you already have one. Leave blank if open.

Diameter in millimetres, approximate. Leave blank if undecided.

A preference, not a confirmation that a material is available.

For example 100 m. Leave blank if undecided.

Anything the project needs that the questions above do not cover — a complication, a case shape, a finish.

Production context

Is this a new project, or a change of manufacturing?

This describes where the project is starting from, not what it is missing.

Project files

Do you have material that would help the review?

Files are sent by email

This form does not accept uploads. If you have drawings, CAD, references or a specification, submit the brief first — we will ask for the files by email, and you can reply to that message with them attached.

  • PDF
  • JPG / PNG
  • STEP / STP
  • IGES / IGS
  • DXF
  • DWG

Send the brief first, then send the files by email.

Nothing is uploaded, stored or attached through this website, and no file field exists on this form. Keeping files in email also keeps them with the conversation they belong to.

How should we reply?

Ready to look it over?

Check it over before sending. Nothing has been submitted yet — the brief stays on this page until the send button below is used.

A name and an email address are required. A sentence about the project, or a project stage, is also needed. Nothing else on this page has to be answered.

What happens next

The brief is the beginning of a conversation.

How a project is handled depends on how far it has already developed, but the order is always the same.

  1. The brief is read

What is already decided is separated from what is still open, so the project can be discussed from a shared starting point.

  2. The open questions are asked

Anything the brief does not answer is raised before the project is assessed, rather than assumed.

  3. The route is agreed

Whether the project needs development, a prototype, or preparation for production is agreed before any work begins.

Nothing on this page commits you to a project. A first review exists to establish whether the work is a good fit on both sides.
